FAQ
When will my order ship?
All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order. Orders typically have a 5-10 business day production time. I do my very best to get items completed and shipped within a timely manner, but lead times will sometimes take a few days longer than expected. If your order is needed by a certain date, you must note that in your order note, or email me. You can also check the website announcement banner on the front page for any scheduled production delays or holiday shipping info.

How can I know the quality of what I will be receiving if I order?

Our Etsy site began in January 2020, and has a 5 star average review rating. We use only quality materials, and continue to stay true to our values of American craftsmanship; and our review history reflects those values. Going forward, quality will continue to remain the same.
Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! Hank Belle was built on making custom orders, and still has a heavy focus on customization. You can find several customizations already built into the "Extra Customization" tab of the website under Leather Journals. If your request is not already located there, please message me with your ideas and I will let you know if we can customize it.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. Boutique and shop owners may reach out at my contact listed below for my wholesale line sheet. I offer low minimum order quantities and great discounts.
Do you accept returns?
I do offer returns on items that are not custom or personalized orders.
If your item is not a custom order and was not personalized, and you would like to return it, you are responsible for return shipping costs; unless the reason is an error on the part of Hank Belle Journal Co. If there is an error in your order, I will provide your return shipping.
I do NOT offer returns for the reason of your order not arriving by the date expected. Once your package is in the hands of the postal carrier, I do not have control over when it is delivered.
