This is such a fantastic piece of leather work! The leather is thick and durable, and the bison color is a gorgeous, rich, chocolatey brown. I love the aged and deckled pages b/c they're a pleasure to write in with my fountain pen and b/c they give such great character to an already outstanding-looking and feeling journal.

I love this journal. The leather is thick and sturdy, the Bison color is a gorgeous dark brown that lightens a bit where I fold it, and my goodness...the aged and deckled pages are gorgeous and a pleasure to write on with my fountain pen. I'm so happy that I could support an American craftsperson who makes such fantastic handmade pieces. I may buy a belt next.
