Page Layout Options
You have 2 options for how your pages are laid out–
Layout 1) Your book comes with each recipe as a full spread, allowing for 80 recipes, and a lot of room on each page. Great for those with larger handwriting, very detailed recipes, or if you prefer an entire spread devoted to a single recipe.
Layout 2) Your book comes with a full recipe on each side of the page spread (Full recipe page on each left and right). This allows for 160 recipes; ample room to write recipes but not as spread out as Layout 1. Great for those with LOTS of recipes to write down.
160 Pages front and back with quality, acid-free, 80lb paper.
Cover Design
This handcrafted recipe journal features a full-length front fold-over flap, with a wrap-around leather strap enclosure.
Binding Style
Sewn-Bound: This journal is hand-bound using a historical bookbinding technique of sewing the pages into the spine, which gives a lovely old-world look and feel. This binding method is durable and permanent.
Personalization
Personalization on this journal is done via the heat embossing method. We use an old-fashioned style of personalizing your leather, called Embossing. Heat is pressed into your journal cover, leaving a gorgeous and rustic looking imprint that is permanent.
This includes your journal title such as family or chef name in the top center.
For any additional inscriptions on the journal, additional embossing or engraving is available in the Customization tab.
The embossing method includes alpha-numeric and special characters, is imprinted in Times Roman, and characters are 6mm (1/4") tall.
