SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

This Shipping Policy is for Hank Belle Rustic and was last updated on 11/12/2025. 


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS 

USPS Domestic Ground Shipping: (5-8 Business Days): Free, included in your order

Priority USPS Domestic Shipping: (2-3 Days): $8

Express (1-2 Business Days): $45-55 depending on package weight and destination 


PROCESSING TIME 

Orders are typically processed within 5-10 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is not guaranteed due to the handcrafted nature of our products. 

Customers may email us if items are needed by a certain date, and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.


CANCELLATIONS 

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.


RETURNS 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom or personalized orders.

Returns will be accepted within 7 day(s) from the delivery date of the order. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit https://hankbelle.com/pages/return-policy.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; unless the reason for return/exchange is an error on the part of Hank Belle Rustic.

Returns are NOT accepted for the reason of your order not arriving by the date expected. Once your package is in the hands of the postal carrier, I do not have control over when it is delivered.


PRODUCTION DELAYS

In the case of delayed processing, cancellations are not guaranteed if your item is already in production. Please contact lanae@hankbelle.com to inquire about a cancellation if your order is delayed.

Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders that are in transit, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status using your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

DAMAGED ORDERS

Hank Belle Rustic is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
